Two collections of townhomes: the QASA Collection (now selling) with double car garages, oversized second-floor terraces and 1,850–1,880 sq.ft. interiors; and the Qui Club Collection (Phase 1) with five levels of living, private rooftop terraces and 1,886–1,953 sq.ft. interiors.
